Cary!!!! It's looking Good

Hey Cary.....

Looks like this pair just may get it right :bounce:

I took a couple pics last night and a couple today....... they moved the wigglers to the top of the cone. They sure do seem to be a very aggressive pair and hopefully the fry will attatch. I know it's a small spawn but hey! it's a spawn that wiggles ;D Not bad for only their 2nd spawn in a community tank.

Were these F1 fish that you sold? I mean, did someone cross a blue diamond with a wild green and get Beth's fry, or were they the result of some selective breeding over several generations?

Would it be possible to cross a blue diamond and wild green and maybe get similar results in the fry? Just curious if anyone out there has that combo of adult fish and can maybe try a pair :)

Well..... there's good news and bad.... the bad first :'( The fry were moved to different areas in the tank including on the heater where they were cooked :-\ and I'm assuming the rest fell victim to mom and dad :(

The good news is.... they spawned again yesterday and this spawn is much bigger than the last... maybe I'll have better luck this time around.
