3rd time proves to be the charm!

To date the female has spawned at least 2 times on the black corner seams of the tank where the male could not follow to fertilize.

I have white pvc in there and thought I would just move it to the corner she chose last time. When the time came to lay her eggs again she, along with the male cleaned the pvc BUT then she went and laid the eggs in the other corner right on the seam again

I guess she must not like white pvc.

I am trying to outsmart her again this time. I put White pvc in one corner & Black in the other.

The female has been on an 8 day cycle so tonight is the night!

True to form she laid her eggs tonight & guess what SHE DID IT!

Yep on the WHITE pvc too!

Now the question remains was the Male an active participant or did he just watch?

Will they eat their eggs the day after as they have done the last two times?

The count down to wigglers begins........
