Pigeon Blood vs. Red Turqu

I was just wondering which breed of discus is worth more, pigeon blood or Red turqu?

It depends on who you are trying to sell them to. Wholsesalers want color and PB color up at an earlier age.

Well I would prob be selling them to shops with about 20-30 to each shop at about 2-3" but I just want to know which one they will pay more for, and prob want more of?

Good Luck finding a pet store to take 20-30 discus. The most a store would take from me was 6 at a time and i was dealing with about 10 different pet stores.

Yeh but.....
I am in Australia, Perth. There are alot of diffrences and for one we never get good discus over here, and when we get some, the shops buy. I know alot of shop owners.

Like Carol said, if you know the owners, why don't you ask them? I personally like the PBs more vs. the Turks so I'd pay more for 'em. Check out what the LFS have now & concentrate on breeding what sells more.

Coetz it's not about how much you would get for the Discus, it's primarily about the QUALITY OF FRY. For instance I would rather pay more for some good quality discus versus cheap throw backs. JMHO.
