Hi all.

Has anyone used a Hagen 901 water pump? I'd be interested in your experiences.

You can IM me regarding your experience. I will share mine by IM as well.

Daniel

Not the 901. I have a few Aquaclear 2000 (different series), plus some Penguin and some AquaTech (Penguin knowckoffs). I am not familiar with the series you have.
The 2000's are fine, they were cheap ($9.99 on sale), variable between 85-155gph (their numbers), but have the inconvenience that a "tool" is needed to extract the impeller mechanism for cleaning. The rest of them no tool is needed.
I don't know if this os of help. Cheers, Francisco.

Daniel, I almost picked one up several months ago. I have used several sizes over the years 201, 301, 802 etc.
I decided not to buy the 901 just on cost reasons...for the price of the powerhead you can find several nice pumps that pump more water per hour......
