I think AquaticEcosystems has that same one for $18.00.

Randal....

Do you know (or anyone else) if these are the same units Coral life sells?? Or used to sell??
The reason I ask....about 3 or 4 years ago, I bought a Ph meter that looked exactly the same as the one in the ebay ad except it had coral lifes name on it.....IT WAS A COMPLETE PIECE OF CRAP!! ;D

Tony, Is it just a coincidence that both start with the letter C?

Tony,
Invest in a good quality meter. It will last much longer then the cheap ones.

That was many moons ago.....I use a Nutradip meter now with an external probe (similar to pinpoint) Rock solid unit!! I love it.

Joe.....coincidence??......I think not ;)

I bought one of those Hanna Checkers for $30 at Grainger. The sensing cell died after a month. It was a waste. Now I have an handheld Oakton Phep4. Works better.

I have one . It works good if you recalibrate it every couple of weeks . I think I got it cheaper on aquabid though .

Yep,
That's the checker 1. $18 from aquatic ecosystems. Hanna instruments sells another version of that meter that has more gel in it. Unfortunately I have no Idea of the price.

I am not currently selling anything by Hanna as my distributor stopped carrying Hanna. I am in the process of getting a wholesale deal with them. If I can get the simply members a better price on them I'll let everyone know.
