What in the world is this. I added prazi last night, this is what is coming out today. Could this be why she doesn't have much of an appetite?

glad you decided to do a prazi treatment :). Don't be surprised to see more than 1 also. :) Just double check to be sure its segmented.


also... retreat with prazi in aweek just to be sure.

Oh Al, this is so :puke:gross.................. new fish always do me in. Could this be her appetite problem and could it be making her a little dark. She darkened yesterday after I did the prazi.
Another lesson......... alway use prazi on new fish.

how did u go about the treatment ??? what method and dosage did u use ??? did you add the prazi to the tank or fed them the food with prazi.

Hi, I added the prazi to the water, same dose as for flukes. 1/4 tsp/20 gals. I left it for 24 hours, did a 50% water change. About 30 hours after dosing the female passed this. I had hoped that she would feel better tonight, she doesn't.

They aren't eating, she was getting dark in colour, lethargic, sitting in the corner all the time.
