Hi Troy,
I don't think its ever been studied. I have used it in food at as young as a few months, the probelm is the dose. Generally the young fish eat so much that you risk over medicating them.

How old are your fish, and why do you think you need to treat them for panacur?

Hi Brew

Fish are 4 weeks old . I noticed one of the fish in my large tank passing a tape worm so i feed the whole tank medicated food , i thought it might be good to do the parents with the fry in the other tank is well ,if it was save to use on fry.
Going by what you said i should wait a few months before treating young discus.

I just soak tetra bits in the off the shelf panacur for herps, but like da'man said praziquantal and piperazine are better!
