Help with options plz

I am a bit stuck for a future courier. Long way off but have not an idea? Can you guys help. The grades I am predicted are:

Science Double A/A*
English Double C/B
Maths A
RE A/A*
French B/B+
Art B/A
ICT B/A

I am going to sixth form to study Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Biology.

Then onto Uni, but from there I am stuck? Can u help guys? I would like to go into medicine?
