bulging eyes

I have a fish that was exposed to Ph shock whose eyes are bulging noticeably right now. Is this a result of the Ph shock (7.5 to 6.5 during wc) directly or a result of a Ph shocked skittish fish darting around? Has anybody ever seen this and what (if anything) can I do to improve its condition? Sorry no picture. I'll try to post one soon.

Hi Keith,

I don' t know if it is due to the ph shock.
Usually that happens with an internal bacterial infection
