Float Valve

Hi,

Just had a question on installing a Kent Float Valve on a Maxxima 24GPD RO/DI System.

Here's my setup,
I have my RO unit feeding water into a 37 Gallon container, which is then heated (300 Watt heater), and then I use a sub. pump to pump the storage water into my tank.
I'd like to setup this float valve so I don't have to constantly monitor my collection container for overflows.

The Kent float valve I have is FVKENT. No Solenoid.
Will this valve shut off both product and waste water or just product water? And how do I best install this.

Hey Carsten, does your ro system have an auto shut-off switch? If so no problem, when the float valve closes the auto-shut off on the ro shuts down. If you don't, get one.
Check with RandalB, on this board.
