I was wondering how long before someone successfully Bred an angel Fish to a discus. :o :o :o :o::) ::) ::)

I would not want it in my tanks.

It is rather interesting looking, but I think it kinda defeats the purpose of the term DISCUS......

Sad...really sad. Some guys will harp on any mutations & breed it 'true' to gain an extra buck. I don't think this particular 'strain' is an improvement on what is out there now. :-\

That basket is the bin that thing should be in!
There should be a law against creating things like that!
hope we don't see any over here.

Now that's what I would call an Angel Blue Diamond ;)

Well, it was only a matter of time. Veil angels have been around for years and years -- some people like them, some don't. Some veil angels (like "super veils") I don't care for, because the fish seem to have trouble swimming. However, the fins on that discus don't look like they are having any negative effect on the fish, so I guess it boils down to personal taste.

I personally would buy a couple "veil discus" just to say I had them. It's not quite as bad as those "butterfly discus" that are tailless.
