Hi Everyone,
I hear about alot of people raiseing a group of 8 up to adults without seeing any breeding action. Many times they call Me and Ask why? Well here is what I tell Them.
OK I will keep this very short! IME the best way's I will list
from 1 to 5 ;D
#1 the Best way IME is to add adult proven male or Your best guess to that tank! Some times adding two are better then one.
#2 move the whole group into a new tank. Sometimes a change will trigger spawning.
#4 I call triple tricks!
A few weeks of high temps of 88F with lots of cool W/c's Then back to low temps of 84F with less W/cs. This game can also be played with tap, well, R/o, And rain water if safe in Your area. Makeing the change from one to another.
#5 Try Cleaning Your discus of Parasites!
Internal and External may be needed. A Clean Discus is A happy Discus thinking about other things! If You know What I mean.
