I WAKE UP AND I FIND MY DISCUS FOOD DEFREEZE .WHAT I CAN ???

Dollars to Donuts... Grab some dollars...go out and buy some new discus food - and some donuts. lol

You had mentioned the food had been ''defreezed'' for 8 hours[???]. To me this is too long and ''may '' be unsafe to use for discus.

why take a chance, over a few dollars of food compared to the value of your discus.

Nothing scientific - just MPO and common sense.

Been there, done it.
I threw = out $150.00 worth of human food, why would I want to save $20.00 worth of Discus food....
