Yep,
I guessed about 450. Last time I counted them and was off by about 4 eggs. If you can't win when you cheat, why bother??? It doesn't take much space to lay a lot of eggs.

How often does she lay eggs to get such a large number? What on earth are you feeding them to get such a large number of eggs? She sure is fertile myrtle!

Teeeheeee she will lay between 300 and 500 eggs every 7 to 10 days. But if I let them raise the eggs up she will not lay till there gone. Usually that takes about 3 weeks. My breeders while on eggs or while raising fry get only CBW's. After there done I give them a 2 or 3 week break and feed them CBW's, Beefheart and frozen Bloodworms. :)
