Nicely shaped & obviously healthy lookin' fish, but I've got a question. Why are they called VR? They look like pearl colored snakeskins to me.

It could be the photos. Do they actually look purple in person? Seriously. The name makes me think they'd look like blue diamonds, except w/a violet hue. Don't get me wrong, they're excellent discus no matter what the name.

They will as they get older. Some are just starting to change now. Another 1" and they will look different.
