To all you chemists out there. Where can you buy this stuff in volume? Getting the sodium thiosulphate is easy, but need to know a source and formula for the rest of the solution? Anyone?

Thanks.
You can get sodium thiosulphate a lot cheaper at Pond Depot. However, I am looking for the solution that neutralizes chloramines. According to my guy at the water treatment plant it is "sodium thiosulphate pentrahydrate". Was able to find it on the Botany Science Store inventory list but can't pull up an address or anyplace to order it from. Sodium thiosulphate only neutralizes chlorine.

Thanks for the info and the warning. I sure intend to check it out before using. The guy at the water treatment plant told me that sodium thiosufate treated chlorine and that this other stuff was what you needed to get rid of both chlorine and ammonia. He said that they were always having to inform pets shops of the difference because of the ammonia in the water. He told me that it is sold in pet shops as Chloramine remover. I know that there is something different in the different solutions, so just trying to run it down and sort it out.
