Burnt out heater

i burnt up my first heater yesterday and i was wondering where I could get replacement parts. The tube has a couple of cracks in it and the paint on the side is brownish burnt. It is a visatherm.

I'd get a new heater. Buying replacement parts can be more expensive than getting a new one...

Visi-therms have a lifetime warrenty, call up the customer service center and they will tell you where to send it then they will mail you a new heater..

THanks i just called and i am sending it back to californiafor a replacement. I wonder what postage is from Michigan to California. Hmmmm
