what does HITH mean?

Okay, i feel like a dummy asking this question. I've kept discus for a couple years, but I don't have a clue what HITH means. I've seen the acronym HITH everywhere on this board. My mama always said that the only dumb question is the one I was asking, so anyone wanna enlighten me?
