Yes you can. You need to add an additional membrane, housing and some "T" fittings. It's very easy to do.
I sell a 100GPD add-on kit for $55 including shipping. It's fully assembled and ready to go.

The Kit includes:
100 GPD Dow Filmtec membrane
3 "T" fittings for Feed, Waste and product water
1/4" hose connections
100GPD Flow restrictor
and a Membrane housing

The Kit has all John Guest Speedfittings for ease of installation.
