Hello what do you use to test CO2 in your tank? I tried the little plant care mini lab by red sea. But it never registers any CO2.

I check my pH against my KH to determine my CO2. Check out the referrence section of www.sfbaaps.com for the chart. It's the easiest and most accurate way of CO2 measurement.

I've heard a lot of bad reviews on that plant test kit from Red Sea on APD:

Here's some more info on the pH-kH-CO2 charts (note that there is a discussion that some of the chart data may be affected by buffers in the water, but it's better than nothing and certainly better than that Red Sea kit - based on what I've read about that kit). ;)

Thanks for your replies! I'll do some reading. And mark me down as another bad review for Red Sea Plant Care! 20.00 bucks down the drain!! >:(

Try writing or emailing the company. Maybe they will refund your money since you aren't the only person that has complaints about their probuct. I have written companies a couple of times if I spent a bit of money on something that was crap and they snet me a check. Can't hurt to try.
