3 month baby

hi,
I know this is the only pic but it this littlen a keeper or a passer? it's almost 3 months old and 2.75inches lips to base of tail.

i am not offendable by honest oppinions.

Of that batch i only kept 8 there are 3 this size and 5 about 2 mm smaller.
Do you think he is lacking in growth?

Yours always seem so big at younger ages.
