CO2 And Air Pumps

Just a quick question. I recently setup a pressurized Co2 system for my planted Discus tank. Running an airstone and pump creates a lot of surface agitation, does this agitation expel the co2 I'm injecting? Is their a different setup I can use for injecting Co2 and running air pumps?

How would anyone recommend running this setup?
