My first Discus

Hey folks,

Well after posting inapropriately :) Lets put these in the right place!

These fish arrived just this morning, they were raised up from eggs just for me by darcy. RT x RT/SS. They are easily twice the size I expected, and absolutely Gorgeous (In my eyes)

Now if only the red would hurry up and develop :D

Not very old, I believe they are 5 months old. Smallest is just over 2" nose to tail, biggest is closer to 4". I've been trying to grab a picture of the big guy and little guy next to a CD but they just wont co-operate.

One week later, I finally get a good clean picture... Darn fish wont stay still! I get near the tank, they start bouncing around begging for food!!!

This is the 2nd smallest, the color you see, is the color I see. One of the bigger guys has gotten a lot more red though.

I'm also starting to 'tow the line' with the discus - notice the bare bottom :o

They're co-operating!!! That and I think the new black (trash bag) background is helping with the cameras auto-focus...
