View Full Version : EVENT: Midwest club's Fall Event- Guest Speakers and Auction
;D I Want to welcome you all to the GBAS club's Fall Event!
It is taking place in Northeastern WI. During a beautiful time of the year here! It will be worth the trip!
This is a two day party for fish lovers of all kinds...
It is going to be held:
September 27 & 28, 2003
We will be hosting some well known people here; Cary, Joe and Randal. They will be sharing their expertise on Saturday. You will surely have a great time! Anyone can bring in their fish to sell or buy fish and aquarium accessories at the Sunday auction.

;DAfter ACA, I am even more psyched about this fall event here!
It is great here in WI then... usually daytimes in the upper 60s- low 70s and the leaves will be turning.
There are many more things to see. The Saturday event will be at a local zoo... so family will enjoy that as well. Sunday at the Wildlife Sanctuary... it is a beautiful place anytime of the year; hiking trails and an educational center. There are plenty of other places to see and visit in the Green Bay area!

TWO WEEKS FROM TODAY!!!

A HUGE thank you goes out to our guest speakers.... Joe, Randal and Cary! They did a super job on Saturday and then helped us even more with donated fish a super cool RO system with bells and whistles and even being runners for our club during the auction. Jack (KC DISCUS) whom, all the way from Iraq donated several meters and made a cash donation to the club as well! Dan from CBW supplied us with #age of worms and mulitple keepers. Jen (thebaglady at Daah and Aquaforums) who donated a piece of artwork... and sooooooo many others! You guys are the greatest!!!! Another Biggie goes out to Matt and Nora who hosted some of the out o' towners as well as opened up their heart, home, and refridge to any of the people who wanted to enjoy the party and friends well after the events were over for the day throughout the weekend!!!

The ... deleted his pic on my camera Saturday nite... u sly fox u!!! He spoke second on Saturday and had his presentation peppered with humor as did the others! Nice job Randal!
He also donated a dandy RO unit with all the bells and whistles. Here is our club prez(Dave) with the unit.

for updating us on the event. It looks like everyone had a super time and came home with some great prizes. I surly would have loved to attend.
One of these days I'll save enuff to go :)

I had family commitments and couldn't make it, but next time.......I sure hope to be there! :)
