Is there any need to supply a 29 Gallon bare breeding tank with an air stone running 24/7?

If there is enough water movement within the tank, then the heater should in theory maintain the correct temp.

Theere is no need for an additional air stone. If you have an airdriven sponge filter it whould provide enough current.
