The first thing I would do is put one tablespoon per 10 gallons of epson salt into your tank. Epson salt acts as a laxative and hopefully this will help the bloat pass. Has this fish been treated with any medication recently?

I agree, Epson salt ASAP! The fish probably over ate, and now he's bloated.
