Try to get a hold of there website or just e-mail them.

Hi all,
Billy, what measurement is that meter using? I have looked through ALL my technical manuals and cannot find that measurement abbr. Is it grains hardness ??? What is the name of the manufacturer on the box, carton, etc.? It sounds like it is a "TDS" meter(but is truly a conductance meter), and is really using a conversion "factor" to determine the approx reading. Different equipment manufacturers use different conversion factors to approximate the levels, as there is no standard.
