Ok, so they aren't discus... but I had an empty 20-gal tank, and couldn't resist getting 2 of these guys a couple of weeks ago... I liked them so much, I got 5 more of them yesterday. And you should see them eat the CBW's!!!!!

I'm not planning on it, but I guess we'll see what happens ???

I'll try to get some video of them eating, and post it... it's a real kick in the pants!!

Frogs are my next favorite after discus. Been thinking about keeping tree frogs or the poisnous ones. My wife was not too bad when I said poisonous.

I told her they lose their posion in captivity but she will hear nothing of it.

Oh well can't push my luck because she has been pretty patience about the discus thing.

Hi Henry,

We tore down a 60-gal tank that had a broken bridge. Thought about putting some poison dart frogs and/or tree frogs in it, but haven't done that yet. From the reading I've done, it's seems like some sort of misting system is essential, in order to maintain the correct humidity levels.

The African Dwarf Frogs are easier on that score. I had them in a small tank with some tetras, but the fish got the CBW's before the frogs did, so I moved them to their own tank.
