What are the different methods of culling a fish?
Why do you kill the ones that are deformed?
What are some examples of some discus you should euthanize?
What if you can't kill it?

For baby discus ice water kills them almost immediately. for larger fish you can cut their heads off or throw them forcefully onto a cement floor.

I believe you can buy fish anesthetic that will kill them too.

I don't have room or time to keep fish that don't meet my standards. Obvious deformities are culled as soon as they show up. I try to give away discus that are small or marked poorly.
