Hey all - have a question. How active are Discus in general.
The six that I own are always swimming about chasing one another or looking for food along the bottom of the tank. When I approach the tank they always beg for food at the front of the tank and are very aggresive eaters.
My question is whether or not this is all normal behavior?
The Discus tanks at the two lfs that I frequent all have fish that are very slow moving and sluggish.
What should their normal activity be like?
