I thought I would share some more pictures of my BCXPB pair and the kids that are around 4 months now. They took a lot of abuse with my move but I think I can still turn them into some decent looking adults. It looks like some interesting colors are starting to develop. Also, in the pics are the three fish I got from Patrick in Denver.

First the pair raising this batch of fry.

This is a better shot of the adults and a nice Marlboro Red I've been growing out.

A group shot of the kids. The ones without the white marking are the ones I got from Patrick.

On this shot you can clearly see the runt in the top right but I don't have the heart to flush it. The ones in the bottom left are Patricks stock. The one on the top left I think will have some killer markings once it matures.

Another. The real orange ones are Patrick's stock.

Thanks Judi. One more group shot. I got a digital camera this weekend finally and just learning how to use it. There are 14 fish in this 55g right now but it's hard to get them all at once.

Wolf,

I am glad that your fish are doing well. I am getting in another shipment of fish next week. Lots of different types and sizes.

Thanks for all the compliments. They aren't as nice looking as Carol's fish but I'm proud of them. My fish were growing a little slow after the move but they have regained full appetites and I've been pounding them with black worms, blood worms, brine shrimp, and tetra bits so I know I can grow them out of it.

Patrick, don't tell me that ;D Can you shoot me an email and tell me what kind of fish you are getting? Any snake skins in this next order? I need to get rid of some of these orange fish and get some more color in my tanks.

Your fish are doing great. The first fish I picked out is really putting on some size. I did end up putting them in quarantine for a few weeks but I've had zero problems with them. When I added them in with mine, they really started pigging out. I look forward to buying more fish from you soon.

Hey Crazy,

My fish went freeswimming 4/27. They are around 4 months old now and they range from 2.5-3 inches. They are a little behind but like I said I think I can bring them out of it with good food and lots of water. I highly doubt I'll get any 7 inch fish out of this spawn but they should be nice. There is only one obvious runt out of the ones I kept. They really lost their appetite when I moved them and they have just started eating the way I like them to last month.
