Ho hum, aint it always something! Female has a split fin

The female has a split tail fin, but is unaffected emotionally. The male of the pair is being a little agressive, but then, SHE is the one smacking him in the face with that same tail! Ive had split fins on tons of fish from breeding, but this one goes ALL the way down!

Im going to add salt the water,

since i am new to discus, I will treat this as an angelfish malady.......

step 1, go to tank

step 2 add salt

step 3 remind the fish not to be so stupid and to take better care of their appearance!

step 4, if fish feels bad, please say your sorry!

Dude they are fish....They don't have emotions, feelings or rational thoughts.....

Yes Travis, you have listed the steps correctly, clean water, a bit of salt and ignore. It will heal on it's own in a couple of days
