CBW VS. Red Worms

I hear people on this site refer to feeding either CB worms or Red Worms is one better than the other?

About the same as far as quality nutrition goes i reacon, blackworms are more convenient to use and are taken by small discus. Red worms are generally used for medium to large fish as the worm is bigger and a bit chewy for the smaller discus.
