lighting possibilities?

does anyone have experience using the moonlight lighting tubes on their tanks? im trying to bring out the blue in my blue turqs, its in them, just the lighting doesnt seem to always bring it out, ive ordered some reflectors for my tubes, praps that might help some, oh i have 2 30w powerglos and a 30w grolux, but my tank still seems dark!?! go figure
anyways any advice on the moonlights would be good
