I have 2 new 4 inch blue turqs in quarintine for the past 3 days. and this morning I saw 2 small 1/4 creamy/white worms, on the bottom of the tank. The worms lwere not moving ,looked lifeless, but I not sure (sucked them out). I'm trying to find a pic the net now, to find out what they were.
The 2 discus were from a a tank with 3 arrowanas and were fed mainly beefheart, they (discus) are heatlhy-looking, fat, active, and not shy, infact they have been eating form the second morning.

I forgot to mention that they have pictures posted with the topics so you can compare them to what you found in your tank.
Check out these two posts.

Blaze,
Kathy is right - visit the "Disease/Sickness and Medication" section and you will find more information regarding worms (and other diseases) as well as how to treat them.
There is an index available (Disease/Sickness Article Index) at http://forum.simplydiscus.com//index.php?board=4;action=display;threadid=7567
One topic is for tapeworm, with pictures: http://forum.simplydiscus.com//index.php?board=10;action=display;threadid=1024
