Hi everyone new guy on the block. Have been breeding discus now for 2yrs. I have a browns,red covers,standerd pigions, and snake skins pairs! All have had wigglers to free swimmers. But they all keep eating them from day 1 of swimming to day 5. they are all 2yrs old or older and have bread many many times . Thanks Yall for any info Gregg. :-[

Well, at least you know your males are fertile and your water is soft enough ;)

Have you tried pulling the fry eating parent? Are your pairs in individual tanks with the sides covered so they can't see the discus in the next tank? Pairs also like to be up high.

Hi Carol, yes they are in 25gl tanks and high up but not coverd . only one is. As of right now my pigen bloods have about 100 wigglers going free swimming tomorrow, my red covers have about 50 to 75 just hatched and finally my browns just laid to day :juggle: :banghead: :bounce: :D . to many at once. thanks for your help Gregg.
