Very First Swimmers

I just got my very first successful free swimmers. I'm so excited. It's a pair of Super Angel Diamonds I got from Jeff at Discusfarm.us. Thanks, Jeff
My question is how much and how often do I feed brine shrimp. I fed tonight for the second time and could tell they ate some due to their color. Both parents are still with them and are doing well. The babies are 8 days old from free swimming. How soon should I take the parents out.

I usually start bbs on day 3 and take them out away from the parrents on day 11 ;D

sorry I forgot u can feed them 4-6 times but watch out water quality

Congratulations on your babies :thumbsup:
I keep mine with a parent (the dad) for 21 days. I have smaller spawns - around 80 and only let them raise a few batches a year. If you have large spawns and want them to produce on a regular basis you would move them earlier. I pull hte female when they start fighting. The babies are on cbw by 21 days. I feed bbs day 7 until they are eating cbw
