i have a planted tank 200liters
2 discus
4 corydoras
few neon tetras and 2 sae
i use CO2

i was reading that fertilizer is no good for discus well my plant turn littlE bit yellow what should i do...

Where did you read that? That is the first that I have heard of it. Well, depends! Fertilizers can contain nitrates. In keeping discus, you want to keep nitrates very low. Thus, fertilizers that do contain nitrates may not be that great for discus. However, by choosing the correct fertilizer and dosage, you can keep nitrates low and plants happy. Be sure to check the ingredients and amount of nitrate. Measure your tank nitrate level and keep it below 10ppm. ;)

well since I wrote the previus letter i ask someone to investigate this fertilizer i one of the very best in yhe market.
so i guess this answers my question thanks a lot.. :D
