Help Discus has big tummie??

Any help appreciated - his or she is in good health otherwise but its sideways profile is expanding? What could it be ?

It could be a blockage in the intestine.
Try epsom salt at 2 tblsp/ 10 gal water.
How long has it been going on?? If a wk or more then it will turn bacterial and need Kanacyn.

If it is constipation it should be better in about 4 hours. Epsom salt is a good thing to have on hand. It won't hurt the other fish or the biofilter.
