Otocinculus & Erythromycin?

I have a small tank that I use for rams. It recently developed a case of blue green algae. I dosed it once with erythromycin and the otos became floaters, no effect on the ramirezi. Are otocinculus sensitive to the drug?

I guess they must be ??? I've always thought of erythromycin as pretty harmless, but I've never used it with anything but discus.
