help my discus are....

my discus are so scared of me i think the problem is because i have only had them for like 2 days, but how do i make them not scared of me?

I guess you could put a bag over your head and see if that helps.
Seriously give them some time to adjust.

Hi,
Yes, give them some time. Also putting the temp at 88F may help them settle in.
Add noniodized salt at 2 tablespoons/10 gal. It will help them deal with the stress.

I was able to feed my discus 1 week after i brought them home, but they didn't get use to me being around them until about two weeks after i got them. They are really cool now and are always watching me, so just let them adjust to their surroundings!
