After cover up the eggs with wire.

I finally got wrigles. All the wriglers still still sticking at the breeding cone.

Hmmm...will my fries got eaten after free swimming ??? Because I see both the parents move closer to the cone and watch them like wanna eat them.

Anything I can do to prevent fries eating??? Both parents inside. 1st successful spawn I have here.

Worry of my fries got eaten. All together more than 30 fries I think.

Can I do water chance ? I have not done any chance since they laid eggs.

Only feed some tetra bites to parent when eggs were laid. But starting 1st day they fan the eggs, did not do any feeding.

May I know any feeding is necessary ?? If so ? what to feed ??

Thanks a lot and sorry for this repeating question again and again!

Hi Jubs:
Let the parents tend the fry and see what happens. IF you do water changes do smaller ones - like 10-15%. Fry like stable water. Feed the parents sparingly or don't feed at all. Don't worry if you see the parents sucking in fry - they like to move them around after they hatch. Good luck with your babies :)

Some picture to share...

The female looks like doing good job by carrying the wiggles back to the cone.

The male keep watching from side... he is hungry... feed him tetra bites... only male ate...But female care for babies...

Will update again!

Sorry for flash and poor pic quality!

what you have at the bottom of tank, is it gravel or what, clean it up, breeding tank should bare bottom
