Whats going on?

I woke up this morning and turned on my discus tank, to find one of the discus sitting on the bottom....it was there for like 5 minutes, and now its up swimming and acting all normal again. I dont know the water params right now cause i dont have time, got to go to school. Was it sleeping on the bottom maybe? or is this somthing really bad? please help.

well....its doing fine now, as happy as can be. Does everyone elses discus have a favorite spot?...cause mine hang out in the back of the tank, its a little darker back there, so im assuming thats their hiding spot. anyways, thanks
