One of my discus is almost black with black eyes, and looks very shy,he is eating only sometimes and doesn't have any other symptoms.

Amonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrates 0 with daily 30% WC.

Those are typical signs of a sick or stressed discus. We need more information to hazard a guess.
Any other discus in the tank - how are they?
Have you added any new fish?
Is this fish picked on by the others?
Any long, stringy, muscus-like poop?

I have 9 more discus, and they are normal, there was one who was a little dark but now he looks fine. I haven't added any discus recently, nobody is messing with this guy, he is more like a loner right now. He is eating somedays but is not begging for food like the others.

He looks almost black with black eyes :o

You can put him a hospital tank and try a metro treatment. RAise temp to 92 degrees adn add 400-500mg metro per 10 gallons every day for 3-5 days. Add extra air, do daily 50% waterchanges wtih aged 90 degree water. leave temp up for another week past treatment. feed sparingly of favorite foods. If does not improve I would freeze. Small sickly discus have a tendency to get sick over and over.
