Hi, I'll be away for 4 days. Can someone let me know whether it's OK for me to leave my 6 discus (3-4") in a 45g tank without feeding?

Yes! Its ok not be feed your discus for 4 days! Its probably better that you do not feed them because if you do feed them, they will still pass food making a mess in the tank.

I've done it before with no problems. They were well fed before, water was changed, and they did ok.

That link should help you with this question. Generally many people would suggest just leaving your tank clean and foodless for the duration of the 4 days. Just make sure the tank is clean and the filters and heaters are functioning properly.
