Piggy a little sich again

I have a red turq that is obsessed with food!!! he was bloated a week ago and treated with epsom salts, I have been notice that he poops very often, probably cos he eats very much.

Today he had white stringy poop and send him immediately to the hospital tank with some epsom salts and metro. ¿¿is this the right treatment for my piggy??

I have no amonia, 0 nitrites, 0 nitrates and half of inch of gravel as much, I am getting rid of it little by little and I can say that there is only a very little gravel left in the tank.


I know you will tell me "feed him less" but when he is in the main tank the rest have little chances to eat besides this guy.

You may need to put a divider in the tank with him and less food on one side. You can treat all the fish with epsom salt - you don't need a hospital tank with the stress of moving the constipated fish.
