mORNING,

Just wondering if CLOUT would be ok to use in a heavily planted aqaurium? I need to treat my discus for parasites and if I do that in a hospital tank, then once I put them back in the display tank, they will just get reinfested? I noticed some scratching and a white string about 3/4 of an inch hanging from the gills of one of my fish.

Are there any parasites that would cause major Fin and tail rot and a haze on the fish's skin??

If not clout, then any suggestions?

I raised the temp to 86 and have turned the lights off in the tank. I will do a 50-75% water change before I add the meds.

Thanks to all!!

anything can be done,
but IMO I would remove them first ;) its all about the discus plants are cheap ;) most anyways. Just dip them in alum sulphate for 5 min before adding them back to Your tank.
