white riggley things in tank

hi guys , just been looking in my discus tank noticed a white thing looks like a worm about 1/2 a cm long got any idea what it could be thanxs shaz ???

HI,
there are many "worms" and copepods that can get in a fish tank. most are harmless.

Oftentimes cleanliness of the tank is a way to control or get rid of them.

Wipe tank daily
Daily wc's 50%
Clean sponge filters in used aquarium water.
Feed less messy foods and not as much.

(gravel is a hiding place for them, so its very hard to control/eradicate if you have gravel)
