Great fish!!! What are your thoughts on the various "varietys" that came out of the crossing? Do you have any plans to work with something do develop and set it? I think the fish shown below have huge potiental. It is very rare to find a strong fully straited fish these days. Many seem to inbred and have lost the traits of the originals. Anyway, hope you get some fry from these. Would love to get some to cross into some fish I plan to be working with soon.

I haven't really given it much thought to be honest with you Eric...... in the F1's that I grew out there was much more variety..... I'm just guessing that maybe the wild genes that are breed into this line are going to make a much stronger fish.....

Do you have any plans to work with something do develop and set it?

there is quite a bit to work with :o ...... I would love to be able to set those fine striated lines like the F1 female.

I'd also love to start a nice line of the solid blues as well....... and the orange guys.... well those as well ;)

I am little concerned about somethnig though.. You are taking that trip up north pretty soon and it is a long trip/... That is a lot of fish to leave for the duration of your trip so.. I think you should send them to me so that I can keep them safe and warm for you ;D Just trying to help out where I can.... ;)
