Hi Earl,
Most Meds are processed by the liver. Mixing them is a hit or miss proposition in fish. Sometimes the combination can be deadly. Flubendazole can have negative effects on some fish( neurological..tail standing).and metro has liver tox properties in many animals. The only times meds should be mixed is when they havebeen shown to have a synergistic effecton the same target...like 2 antibiotics...in this case the drugs you mention work on 2 different organisms...flagellates(metro) and worms.(flub). Theres really no reason to mix both unless you do not know what you are fighting..in which case.. you should seek some experienced advice from a vet or pathologist.

If You are looking for a shot gun method though... I woulduse Clout. It contains analogues of these meds that work well together and that discus tolerate well.

Sorry for not going into any more specifics...
